Benhostone offers you this service in a personalized way, for your tourist rental property. Everything you need to make the most of your house without having to take care of anything.
The tourist rental through platforms such as Airbnb, Homeaway, Wimdu or Booking supposes a very high increase in the economic performance that a house can offer, thanks to the system of short stay rental or tourist rental. The Complete Management service is designed for the owners who do not have the necessary time to manage the tourist rental of their homes, due to the enormous workload that this entails, either because they are out of town, for holidays or work, or because, simply, they do not want to dedicate their free time to it.
Of course, the management of the profiles on platforms such as Airbnb, Homeaway, and Wimdu … is included in the Complete Management service of tourist rental, and its cost is 25% of the net amount that the owner receives for each reservation. In addition, we offer an Online Management service, for 8% of each reservation, with which we take care exclusively of the online part of the rental of the tourist apartment: creation of the profile and publication of the advertisement on all holiday rental, fixation and continuous modification of the price to ensure maximum profitability, management of reservations and attention to the doubts and comments of the guests.
Yes. We manage your account, but you will remain the owner of it. You will still have full access to your account and you will see the entire process of communication with guests, variable prices, reservations…
The most used platforms are Airbnb, Homeaway, Wimdu and Booking. However, at Benhostone we work with many others to improve the positioning and reserves of the homes we manage. We will be happy to offer you the service you need.
Our clients do not have any commitment to stay in any of the tourist rental services we offer, but we ask that, if you decide to dispense with our services, we will be notified two months in advance.
We cannot answer this question without seeing the house and analyzing its profitability. There are many factors that influence the benefit that a tourist housing can offer, such as the characteristics of it, the area in which it is located, the monthly costs involved or the competition. We will be happy to make an estimate of the benefits based on the different variables that affect the tourist rental to help you decide the best option.
Depending on the characteristics that it gathers (location, quality, communication …) the tourist rental can offer a very attractive return in comparison to the traditional rent.
In Benhostone we have developed a price algorithm that we customize for each tourist home, with the aim of obtaining maximum performance. We update the prices daily based on variables such as the price of the competition by area, reviews, season, weather, possible events in the city…
You can be calm. We take the selection of guests very seriously to avoid this type of situation. We always request information about your trip; we make sure you have a verified profile on the reservation platforms and that you always have good ratings on previous experiences.
For greater peace of mind, Benhostone recommends its clients to contract a specific insurance for tourist housing. In addition, the reservation platforms have insurance for damages and thefts caused by the guests. For more information do not hesitate to visit our blog.
The verification of the house after the departure of the guests is one of the pillars of the Complete Management. We take care to check that it has not suffered any damage, to close the windows, turn off the lights and radiators and lock the door.

Clear! After check-out, we value the guests’ stay in the reservation platforms and we make use of the deposit if necessary. Do not worry; you will be informed at all times.
The contractual relationship is always between the owner of the house and the guest, so Benhostone is not responsible for any legal problems that may arise from a breach of your contract.
At Benhostone we provide check-in services for tourist rentals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service includes contact with guests, reception and welcome to the house, explanation of the details of your tourist home, keys delivery and tourist advice.
Our Benhostone team is experts in receiving guests for tourist apartments. Not only will they be in charge of verifying that the house is in perfect condition before the arrival of the guests but they will also be in charge of solving all the questions that may arise. This service will make the arrival of travelers as pleasant as possible, with information and personalized advice based on their profile.
Our Benhostone team will be in charge of offering their guests the best welcome, and advising them on everything they may need in the city and in the neighborhood.
You can indicate your preferences at the time of booking and we will try to do everything possible so that the Benhostone team adapts to your characteristics.
You do not have to worry about anything, since the Benhostone team is in direct contact with your guests. They will be informed immediately of any change or delay in the schedule of the travelers.
Benhostone is at your service 365 days a year. However, for December 24, 25 and 31, January 1 and 6 and Thursday and Good Friday, a special rate will apply.
Benhostone offers Check-In services 24 hours a day. From 20:00 at night and on weekends, a supplement will be charged.
The ideal is to book the service at least 24 hours in advance. Outside this time slot a surcharge of € 10 + I.V.A will apply (subject to availability).
It is very unlikely that this will happen as we are in continuous contact with our Benhostone Team to make sure that everything goes according to plan
Benhostone offers a professional service that includes cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, preparation and presentation of beds, sweeping and mopping of the whole house and removal of trash.
All cleaning products must be provided by the owner. In addition, it will be necessary to have a broom and dustpan, mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner, cloth and scourer in the home.
The duration of the cleaning service for one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments will be one and a half hours minimum. In the larger homes, half an hour will be added for each additional stay.
The cleaning service must be reserved 24 hours in advance.
The cleaning service can only be contracted accompanied by another of our services.
All the cleaning staff that collaborates with Benhostone is insured, so you will not have to worry about anything.
In no case. This function is exclusive of the Benhostone Team, in charge of the Check-in.
Not necessarily. This service has to be associated with other / s, so we take care of the management of the keys of your tourist home.
This service is designed for those owners and hosts of Airbnb that cannot take care of having perfectly prepared the bedding and bath for the arrival of their guests. Benhostone provides high quality bed and bath linens used in 5 star hotels.
The basic service includes a set of bed linen and shower designed for 2 people consisting of: a fitted sheet, a countertop sheet, a duvet cover for a double bed, two pillowcases, two shower towels, two washbasin towels, a bath mat and a kitchen towel. In addition, we have all sizes to meet your needs and offer your guests maximum comfort.
The set price is € 15 and is designed for two people. An additional € 7.5 will be applied to each additional person.

This service is only offered next to the cleaning service or in Complete Management.
At Benhostone we do not wash personal clothes.
We do not offer this service but if you want to stop worrying about this issue, we advise you to try our bed and bathroom linen rental service.

In Benhostone we put our experience at your disposal and we do all the online tourist rental service for you, from the creation of the profile of your home to the management of reservations, always attending to your needs and schedule. The online management service includes professional housing photography for tourist use, publication in the different online platforms, positioning and dissemination, daily price optimization, calendar management, booking management, guest selection and analysis and report of each Check-in.
The price of online management is 10% of the net amount that the customer receives for each reservation. The commission percentage can vary between 10% and 15% depending on the size, characteristics and location of each home.

In Full Management and Online Management the owner of the tourist apartment will charge directly from the reservation platform according to the conditions established in it. As a general rule, the payment takes place between one and ten of each month, from the previous month’s rent at the beginning of the month, Benhostone will issue an invoice to the owner and the payment will be settled by bank transfer. It is important to note that the invoice will always be issued at the beginning of the month regardless of the day the service begins.
In the rest of options and for contracting specific services, Benhostone will send the invoice to the owner by email, at the end of the service. If it is a continuous service, the invoice will be sent to the first of the month. In both cases the customer will make the payment by bank transfer.
All rates shown on the website do not include I.V.A.
In Full Management, customers will receive, by the first of the month, the invoice by email, along with a monthly report of the activity of the home that includes income, expenses, occupation, etc.
In Full Management, cancellation conditions are two months in advance, called months of courtesy.

Currently, Complete Management is only available in Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella. However, Benhostone is in full growth, so if you are interested in hiring this option in another city do not hesitate to contact us.
In Benhostone we do not discard any area of Malaga, so if you are interested in renting your home for tourist use, do not hesitate to contact us and we will study your case thoroughly.
After accepting our budget, we ask you to leave us five sets of keys: one or two for the guests, depending on the case, one for the Benhostone Team in charge and another two that we will keep in case an emergency arises. If it is a punctual service, you will have to leave the keys in our office but if your idea is to hire our services for a continuous period of time, we will keep your keys safely and you will not have to worry about anything.
